A master plan that needs to be re-drawn by the engineering team is not a master plan. It is a sketch.
A master plan is a delivery document, not a marketing one. We draw master plans with the engineering, civil, infrastructure, and phasing realities already integrated — so the plan can be tendered, financed, and built without a second round of consultants.

Buildings are the rooms; the public realm is the building. We design it first, with shading, water, planting, and pedestrian flow as primary inputs.

Phasing and finance
A deliverable master plan has a phasing strategy that aligns with how a programme is actually financed and tendered. We work with the client's finance team to get this right.
Representative brief
A 62-hectare coastal master plan covering 320 keys, 42 villas, BOH, water and energy infrastructure, and 4.2 km of restored dune planting.
