Berkley is hiring across the three tiers — strategy and experience, design, and engineering and delivery. We hire deliberately and slowly; please write to us, even when no specific role is listed.

Integrated by structure, not by aspiration.
You will sit next to engineers and curators, not on a separate floor or in a separate firm. The coordination is the work, not an overhead on it.

On site, every week.
Designers and engineers supervise their own work during construction. If you do not want to be on site during the build, this is not the practice for you.

Restraint as a default.
Our work is restrained because the buildings we work on are usually more interesting than what we would add to them. If a brief asks for noise, we are not the right firm.

Senior Architect — Cultural & Heritage
Design · Riyadh · London
A registered architect who has led at least one significant heritage or cultural project from concept through construction. Conservation training preferred, not required.

BIM Coordinator
Engineering & Delivery · Riyadh
ISO 19650 fluent. Has run federation models on a complex multidisciplinary project. Comfortable with Revit, Navisworks, and either Solibri or BIM Track.

Senior Engineer — Structures
Engineering & Delivery · Riyadh
Chartered, ten-plus years. Has designed concrete and masonry structures in seismic and high-temperature contexts. Bonus: timber and traditional materials.

We read every speculative letter we receive.

Students & placements
We take a small number of architecture, engineering, and cultural-strategy students on placement each year, generally between 3 and 12 months. These are paid positions. Apply by email with your portfolio and a one-page note on what you would like to learn here.
